Food Program
Each day, children at Four Corners Montessori Academy have two options for their lunch. At the beginning of each month, an order form and lunch menu is sent home to parents. The order form has an “A” and “B” on each day. When returning the form to school, please remember to pick which lunch your child will be having. Option “A” refers to the first lunch option on the menu calendar and option “B” refers to the second choice displayed on the menu calendar.
Please note on the menu calendar that there is only one option for Wednesdays – pizza. Please circle “pizza” on the menu order form if you want pizza for that calendar day.
If a doctor has determined that your child has a disability, and the disability would prevent the child from eating the regular school meal, FCMA will make any substitution prescribed by a licensed physician at no extra charge. The physician's statement, including prescribed diet and/or substitution, must be submitted to the food service department.
Free Lunch
If a student qualifies for free lunch, we ask that a separate form be used for each child in the household. Forms can then be turned in without payment.
Reduced Lunch
If a student qualifies for free lunch, we ask that a separate form be used for each child in the household. Forms can then be turned in with separate checks for the appropriate amount based on the chart for reduced lunch.
Full Cost Lunch
The full cost of lunch is $2.75 each day. If a student does not qualify for free or reduced lunch, we ask that a separate form be used for each child in the household. Forms can then be turned in with separate checks for the appropriate amount.
